Making tamales with leftover turkey

Two years ago Marina taught us how to make Guatemalan tamales with leftovers from Thanksgiving.

They are the most delicious tamales so this year we made a batch of 60 tamales.

Marina supervised all the labor. CMD Doug and I provided the labor. A couple of shots of tequila an hour or so of folding tamales and we enjoy the flavors the following day.
